The F-150 does a bit of everything, and the ModCAP System for the Ford F-150 2015+ follows suit. Run it as a secure flat-roof canopy through the week, then add a camper module when weekends away become the norm.
The Canopy, Camper and Family variants all share one modular base and swap over without replacing the system. Use the lightweight flat-roof canopy for work and everyday driving, add the Camper once weekend trips become regular, and move to the full-size Family for extended touring. Nothing goes to waste.
The system is made specifically for the F-150's body, tub dimensions and mounting points, and it mounts directly to the tub. That avoids the problems drop-in liners cause and keeps the structure strong. Depending on the variant, expect around 130-280kg and 840-1065mm above the tub, low enough to keep the F-150 stable and practical day to day.
