The Next Gen Ranger is a favourite with tourers, and the ModCAP System for the Ford Next Gen Ranger 2022+ & Super Duty suits the way most owners use it: a working canopy now, with the option of a camper later.
All four ModCAP variants (Canopy, Compact, Camper and Family) share one modular base and swap over without replacing the whole system. Run the light flat-roof canopy for work and everyday driving, move to the Compact once weekend camping becomes regular, then go to the Camper or Family for longer touring. Nothing you've paid for goes to waste.
Alu-Cab builds each unit around the Ranger's body shape, tub dimensions and mounting points. It bolts straight to the tub for strength rather than relying on a drop-in liner, so the structure stays solid. Weights run from roughly 110–250kg and heights from 730–955mm above the tub depending on the variant, which keeps the Next Gen Ranger stable, aerodynamic and easy to live with every day.
