The Skycamp 4.0 Trio is a new size for iKamper. It sits between the Duo and the Quad, so it's the first Skycamp built around three sleepers, or two adults and a young child. iKamper made it for buyers who found the Mini a bit tight and the full-size Skycamp too big for their roof. It fits mid-size SUVs, crossovers, wagons and utes, and it has the same narrower roofline as the Duo.
The bed is wider than a queen but not quite a king, so there's extra room to spread out without the weight and length of a four-person tent. Setup is the same fold-out Skycamp design, which iKamper rates at under a minute. Every 4.0 tent comes with the cork-topped ThermaSeal™ floor, built-in interior lighting, bigger doors and windows, and power and duct pass-throughs. The Australian version includes the 75mm self-inflating Comfort Lite mattress.
Why the Skycamp 4.0 Trio?
It's the most adaptable size in the range: more sleeping width than the Duo on a footprint that still suits mid-size vehicles, at 64 kg with the mattress.
